Good Morning,

I am in need of a fiberglass guy who can repair my swim platform. I am located in Nassau County. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks

There is a guy who works out of the Anchorage in Lindenhurst that does nice work. Sorry I forget his name, sorry.

The fiberglass guy in the Anchorage left years ago but I’ve heard good things about Raybo. I use East Shore Marine in the Anchorage for all my service and they have a guy that does fiberglass who’s done a lot of small repairs for me over the years.

I've heard great things about South Shore Fiberglass 631-956-3500.

Who was there in 2018? His work was pretty good I thought, but not my boat.

I am working with Gulf Fiberglass now. He is down in Lindenhurst. Came by recommendation from my mechanic. Rabo also has a good rep and has been around a while. I had a friend use south shore for some small chip repair work and seemed happy.

Thanks Guys. I contacted Raybo and sent him photos of what needs to be repaired. I am waiting for him to contact me. I also spoke with two others, and am waiting for them also. I will contact South Shore this week as well as Gulf.

Thanks Again

I might be wrong but I thought the fiberglass shop in the Anchorage closed or moved after Sandy. I used East Shore for the small repairs I’ve needed since after Sandy and still do today. They do all my service so it’s convenient and I’ve always been happy with results.
