Nice place for a project! Hell I am starting a 5 year project in Oakland.....yuck!

Yep, it does not suck, unfortunately I have to go back for a week in March and then again in April, somebody has to do it! I paid some of my dues last year when I had a large apartment complex in Richmond. That was some scary sh!t.
