Faucet help?

My faucet in the head is leaking. Took it apart and there are some o rings in there. Can these be fixed or just replace faucet?

Probly a delta faucet. Lowes or home depot for repair kit

Delta usually has a lifetime warranty. Contact them for a free repair kit. MM

Thanks Guys, found replacement parts and instructions on youtube. Now I need to do the work.
