On two occasions I've had to "swim the boat" to handle (1) a crabpot line and (2) a dinghy line.

This device would have made those chores far easier, quicker and with less strain:

Looks like a few options for a 12V /120VAC version on Amazon.

Add a SpareAire, some filters and that would make a nice system

This is hilarious. If it takes 10 mins to refill the tank using the $500 compressor, how could you refill it in 15 mins using the hand pump? Even if that's true, can you see yourself pumping for 15 mins straight? I used a compressor to pump up a basketball the other day because I couldn't be bothered to use the hand pump :rolleyes:

I know most of you are experienced divers, but without any training this system could be hazardous to your health. I hope they are informing customers of some basics about breathing under water.
