Fair Price?

I am considering selling my 1999 210 br signature with 260hrs on it.

Looking at nada it says average retail is about $11k.

Looking online, I see at least 3 @ $20k+.

Do people really think they are going to get $22-23k for
this old of a boat?

What are your thoughts on a fair price range, the boat
is really clean.

I would start at the average retail if you want to sell it. Start lower than that if you really want to sell it bad. Start higher if you don't really care.
I have a friend who owns a 88 32 Carver. Every once in a while he advertises it for sale in the low 20's, and sometimes even gets a call or two.
He doesn't really care if he sells it, but figures if someone gives him 20K for the boat he'd be nuts not to take it.
