Apparently someone has lifted some info. from my wife's facebook page. Several of her friends received this e-mail regarding me. See below. This is just a FYI.
I made a trip to London England without prior notice, unfortunately i assaulted at gunpoint last night!By some armed men.
All the cash, credit card and phone were stolen,we are stranded in London, fortunately passport was back in my hotel room. It was a bitter experience and I injured my right hand, but would be fine.
I went to the police and the embassy here, but they are aid issues, have limited means to get out of here
I am stuck and stranded over here i really need help in getting back home.
I need to borrow some money from you.
You could wire the cash down to me through western union it is the safest and fastest means i can get cash here
