I hate to contradict other contributors, but looking at your original manifolds, they are plumbed with all water returning to the elbow at bottom of the manifolds.
4a in the bulletin, as I read it, says to use the 4 slotted gaskets.
Maybe there is a later bulletin? Would be nice to be corrected in that event.

yea im unsure now which i should use. im leaning more towards the 4 slot, but hoping for some clarification, which i am finding hard to find.
