I was in this Bloom last weekend. Its has just reached us near Port Clinton. When I say I was in it I was swimming in it to check my props. It is pretty bad near us I cant imagine what it is like down near Toledo.
I read it is worse this year because of cut backs in funding to manage the great lakes...so we didn't do much...Canada did their part but right now our bloom is reaching their shores.
