:smt017 Has anyone heard of the engine synchronization unit having some sort of a governor on it that will prevent the engines from going over a reduced rpm. Normally, I can top out at around 4700 rpms but when I put my engine synch on, it only goes to 4K rpms and will go no further. Has anyone had this problem. When I take the synchro off it jumps right back with no problems to 4700. I have a 1997, 40' Sea Ray Sundancer with 7.4L 454 MPI gas engines. It is not a Glendining synchro system, it is a another system but works primarily the same way.
Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks,
OJ
