It’s a sounds that pulses every 2 seconds or so and I’ve never heard it before. This was after I changed the oil for winter.

Don't know exactly what it is (I think it's the belt), but looks like your power steering pump is loose. Tighten everything up then try running it again. May be the belt making odd noise.

If that doesn't solve it, remove the belt and see if it goes away. If it does, it's the belt, pump or alt.

Thanks Bill. I'm also thinking it could be the belt. It only happens when at idle. Soon as I give it some gas, it goes away. It is a new belt as of 20ish hours ago.
