Looks like I need to replace gas shocks on the engine hatch on my 2007 280DA. Having trouble finding them online Anyone have a source or part number handy?
I've had great luck with Ameritool. I just replace the end that screws in to the gas spring (that's what they call them) for pennies.
The gas spring has a number on it, call them and the tech people will help, they are great. You could probably just give them the dimensions and they will tell you what you need.
