Thank you for your reply. After I sent you the message we did some trouble shooting and isolated it to the port engine. The next morning I swapped PCM's (no knowing I could fry the good one...) and the boat ran wonderful. However about 30 minutes into the test drive it happened again. It was less frequent but still a complete nuisance. Last night I decided to swap again to see if the problem would follow the PCM. I was able to get the problem to happen on each engine with the port PCM. Additionally the engine with that PCM did not sound right.... seemed a bit out of sync and a higher tone. I was not able to get it to happen with the starboard PCM. I am going to replace the port PCM and pray it fixes my problem. I will post the results as soon as I can get it replaced.
