Energizer breaker problem......DIY help!

I went down to the boat today to try to fight this "Spring Fever" I an not seem to shake. I thought I would make a list of some small items to knock out before warmer weather arrived. I noticed in my panel that the light on my Energizer switch was not working, but everything is working and charging just fine. I am assuming it is the bulb in the switch. I wanted to ask before I went muscle-ing it and breaking something.

Can I get to the bulb without pulling the face off the panel? Can I get just the toggle part of the switch off to access the bulb?

That is too odd. Went down to the boat last weekend and mine is doing the same thing. Will be interested to hear what folks have to say.
