I recently bought my first boat. Rusty Higgins gave me a great deal of advice on what to buy and how to buy it. After the purchase we had to drive the boat over 600 miles to where we are going to keep it. He gave us advice and information all along the way, and helped us troubleshoot a few issues.

Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He has helped us so many times over the years. Answering questions, navigating the marine industry, and route planning. First time I crossed Lake O, he walked me through it. Coming south down the coast, had to leave the boat for a couple of days - he arranged a place to leave it.

Just all around a great guy to be around and work with.

Rusty is a good dude. Very competent captain and pleasure to be around. He helped me run my new boat up from Charleston to NY. He was great with my son, teaching him lots about the ICW and boat handling.
