Okay, I'll admit it. My boat has height adjustable seats, and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to adjust them! I've read thru the owners manual (no info) and laid on the cockpit floor staring up at it to no avail.

Can anybody help me out here? I assume these seats have been around for a while, and on several models?

I think they're called "bolsters". Ours just flip up and over the back part of the seat cushion, but yours is a way newer boat so may be different. Try googling>

Hey Chris. No, it's a separate feature/option....and right now the passenger seat is up the highest adjistment, and the driver seat is at the lowest. I tried googling, and get a million (well, not a million) random hits. But I'll keep surfin'!

Why not email SeaRay through the website?

The nice folks (engineers) at Sea Ray are nice enough to be looking into some other issues for me, definitely more 'complicated' than my seat adjustor - and I'm trying to not be too much of a Arnold Horshack (from Welcome Back Kotter) with minor questions for them. :) But I guess I run the risk of doing that here? LOL

But I can (and will) call my dealer...

You don't post a picture of the seat post but the slide adjustment bar makes it appear to be a Garelick post. There should be a round black ball on the front or side of the post. This is a spring loaded pin. Pull out on it and it should allow the post to move up and down. There are several holes the pin can seat back in to adjust the height. There may be an oval knob on the side that needs to be loosened before the adjustment can happen. This can be done by one person but I have found it is easier to have someone help because the seat has to be lifted straight up while the pin is pulled. Given the weight and awkward shape of some seats a second person can be helpful.
