So I bought a PDF file online from these guys for my 86 Sea Ray.
Service Manual File is for the MerCruiser 340 in boards.
First file they sent me was titled correctly but was for a four-cylinder.
Second file they sent me was for the V8 with a stern drive.
I have sent a third request for the exact product is listed in their catalog.

Anyone else have experience with this company?
 
Yes negative experience the one time I really needed some documentation they indicated they had. Besides the incorrect manual it was incomplete and poor reproduction. My email went off the charts with junk after downloading the trash I ended up with. It seems to be, for the most part, click bate.

I needed the service manual for a 90's vintage Sub Zero home refrigerator BTW.

Yes, I’m not impressed with them.
3rd go around, they sent a 400 mb file full of pdf’s to wade through. A few pertained to my engines, but mostly not.
 
What a terrible company to work with.
They advertised a complete service and repair manual. I ended up with four lousy PDFs and 400 MB of crap that had nothing to do with my need.
I left them a poor review and they offered to resolve my problem. I asked for a refund. their resolution was to give me credit towards a future purchase.. Will not recommend

That was my first and only experience with them as well. Never again.
 
That's rediculous. A refund should be the minimum that they do. Sorry to hear that.

Me, personally, I like actual paper service manuals. Check with your local Merc dealer about ordering one for you based on your serial number.
 
It is the first time I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Hope I get something back. Not holding my breath.
 
My CC company reversed the charge. Now manuals online has to prove they kept their end of the deal.
