I refuse to be "connected" all the time. My office promotes the effectiveness of receiving emails via smart phone - not for me...I love to read the emails 'never mind, I figured out how to fix xxx'

If I were connected, I may have responded. Its a start.

you need to set up some rules to better manage that. Right-Click on a msg, and build a rule, it's really easy.
