Can not get Anchor Light to come work from switch pad on My 2003 sundeck 200. Pad light "D" will also not light up when engaged. Can I use other buttons such as (accessory, windshield wiper, water system) by re-wiring to operate anchor light?

you can use accessory or another unused switch and by switch I mean wiring dedicated for that circuit, but check breaker rating for that circuit.
it will require small wiring change.
you will need to disconnect your nav light from interface module (box where push breakers are located) and connected to one of unused wires on breaker box.
better locate unused circuit with meter or you may "fry" interface module.
did you check for loose wiring or damaged light socket because switch may not be a problem.
remove socket and connect voltmeter on back to be sure that you are not getting power to light. also ground wire going to socket could be a problem and that wire is not going through breaker box.
