Electrical issues

My ’97 400 Sundancer has a few electrical issues I am hoping to get some help with.
First; I can’t find the horn. Got a good switch but have not found the horn.
Second; I have a Main switch DC at the helm which seems to turn the power on and off to the pilots/captains station. It stays lit all the time and the power to the helm systems is on all the time. The only thing it does is make a clicking sound come from the main DC control panel when the battery switches are in the on position; specifically the port battery switch. Is this a main power switch for the helm and the really is stuck in the on position? Be nice to know before my attempts to repair something make things worse.

I would imagine that the horn is on the bow underneath a stainless steel or white plastic plate?!

on your 97 , your horns should be mounted in the rope locker and the compressor for them should be mounted in the stbd Vberth hanging locker. As for this switch .....I don't recall an on/off switch to turn on or off power to the helm. The system is designed to be split by port for cabin and stbd for helm. Its been awhile since I wired one of those dashs so if you can drop me a picture of this switch It may jog my memory better since I built about 80% of the 400DA's that came out of Merritt Island.
