It is far from over. Trump continues to shine the light on corruption in this country, now the spot light is on the judiciary. Lots here for the people to clean up in this mess once the full story comes out. SCOTUS is being give another chance but likely will blow it. It is over Biden will be confirmed on Jan 6th and swown in as the 46 President on Jan 20 only his extreme cult don't understand that all avenues have been tried and failed because of the lack of any credible evidence.
The SCOTUS is not sitting until after Biden is confirmed. You might want to look at their schedule of cases.

It is unlikely SCOTUS will decide anything. They are not the body the Constitution lays out for these decisions. It is the President and congress the Constitution lays out to decide these matters.
