DVD player issue

The DVD player tray opens, I put in the DVD, it closes and starts to spin while on the TV it says "loading". And thats all I get. Loading and loading and loading. It wont play anything. I even tried different DVD's.....same problem. Any ideas?

Mine failed the same way. I have a new blu-ray player and a new microwave to put in as soon as the boat gets back in the water this week. Winter time projects!

I have had some success with a cleaner disc or air. It is worth a try. Let us know if you do try it.
