Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if someone here can tell me where I can get my key to the cabin door copied.
I am in Jack London square, Oakland, CA

Thanks!

If they are the key witha square head, and have three numbers on them, (Like 811)

I'm pretty sure you can't. You need to buy some from your SR dealer.

Look to see if they have the numbers on them

You are absolutely correct, Jimmy.
Mine is 802. I guess I have to order
from a Searay dealer..which in my case
is now in Newport Beach, CA. since we lost our MarineMax
dealer in Oakland and Sacramento.
Thank you for the info.

I need more keys as well but my keys DO NOT have any # on them. I have taken a look at both keys and no luck. My keys are very short and inserted into a small black button type head.

Any ideas on how to get more of this type of key??

The number is on the inside of the door in the cabin, on the lock cylinder. At least on mine it is.

I got my blanks from the local Harley Davidson shop. The cabin door is has the same lock as the Harley hard side saddle bags. Had them duped at a local locksmith. It ended up costing my about $4 per key total. Much better than $29 Sea Ray quoted me.

No. They're made by Mobella/Southco.
Call them, tell them your number and they'll ship to you direct.

Also I don't recommend the HD blanks they are similar but not identical. I'm a locksmith and the brouching, although not tight tolerences can or may score the wafers and eventually wear them down to not work as well or at all. Now this being said we don't use our boat locks as frequently as some cars ignitions so it may take a lifetime to wear out, I just like original when I can get it.

Get the original if you can, it may be a little more $$ but worth it in the long run. I have done it through MM.
