Drunktards are not helping with my anger management!!! We were out in a friend's boat yesterday having a great time tubing and anchoring out so the kids could swim. The boat wouldn't start so we called TowBoat. As we were being towed back to the marina, some jackass and his fatass shirtless buddies decided to NOT slow down and plow past us not 20' away, laughing as they threw a huge wake at both us and the TowBoat. We had three kids aboard!!!! Thank goodness no one was hurt! (gotta love the stability of a Sea Ray!!)

Getting closer and closer to making that potato gun! Some people name their boats "Anger Management", I'm naming my Potato Gun that!

Friggin A-holes are everywhere. My uncle said years ago that all drivers should have paint guns. When some schmuck does a stupid or dangerous stunt you would shoot their car with a paintball. When a certain number were reached then a cop could pull them over and give them a "stupid ticket"! Obviously not practical in the real world but I always liked the thought behind it.

A paintball gun may work! Bean 'em, call the marine popo, tell them..........."It's the drunktards in the 32' Donzi with triple 300's , I believe the name was "Compensating", you'll know them, they have green paintball splats all over the side"

Funny and absolutely true story that happened several years ago. I was out with my family on the lake when this go fast (donzi) was zipping about, doing stupid stuff near anchored boats, yelling, screaming and just being obnoixous A-holes. After a period of time, I hear a report of a disabled boat adrift and requesting assistance. As my usual, I decided to go offer help and came across this same donzi, now drifting, having trashed their outdrive coupling. They were drunk as skunks....but sober enough to speak understandibly and requested a tow to St. Joe, some 40 miles away. I told them I couldn't do it, but would be happy to tow them to Michigan City. They gratefully accepted and had a grand 'ol time on the way, that is, until I dropped their asses off at the Coast Guard station, who were waiting there (thanks to my alerting them) with breathalyzers.

Har de HAR HAR HAR!

Har de har har har!

lmao!! Love it!!!

I had an idiot behind me this weekend as well.
Late on Friday I was heading back to the marina. Mobile Bay is generally 9-12 ft deep but there is a "shelf" that runs around the periphery that is 200 -300 yards wide and is 1-3 ft deep at low tide so marinas all have channels cut to get to them. It was 2-3 ft seas and my boat leaves a nice flat lane of water behind it so I had a couple of smaller center consoles following me for a couple of miles in the flat water I created for them. As I'm about 100 yards out, approaching my channel entrance I start the 90 degree right turn to enter it when suddenly the CC behind suddenly darts out and tries to cut across to enter in front of me. Trouble is, I didnt defer and cut the throttles to make room for him (as would have then missed the channel gotten stuck in the shallows and done who knows what to my bottom gear) and he had a channel marker pole directly in his path so he had to make a starboard turn into the shallows. Yes his foot caught on the sand but he was able to raise his engine and get going again. When I looked at him expecting kids, it was two couples who appeared to be well in their 70s. I guess idiocy does not have age limitations.

Way to go Scott!

We were on the Columbia River yesterday at the "log pond." It is a very small lake with a 15 ft inlet that is blind and when entering and exiting you have to be very carful.

The weather was hot, but very windy and the main river had 2ft rollers on it with an out going tide. This idiot came screaming into the pond with a tuber. Then stopped and the water skis came out. I went over and asked if it was really necessary to go around the small pond with a skier and a loud boat. They told me the river was too rough. I said so you are going to ruin our day and make it rough in here while I am BBQ and have kids swimming off the back of my boat? Not to mention a sure collision when you exit the pond on full step in the narrow channel. Well I got the flying bird.

I gotta love the Admiral as she saw what happened and call the sheriff department. They were there in less than 10 minutes. LOL They were waiting for them outside the channel as they exited the pond pulling a skier WOT. They were met with flashing lights and given a ticket and the driver was on the sheriff boat in handcuffs for BUI! Love it.

ummm ... it looks like that pond is full of logs.

Doesnt sound like a great place to be at speed pulling a skier!

We were in PDX at the Blues Festival and there were hundreds of boats anchored with many rafts. BUI's were too numerous to count and I'm sure the sheriff's boat had a fun week. Here are some pics of the rafted boats....
