Driving seat on 2007 Sea Ray Sundancer

Hi,
i am the proud owner of the above and have a question. How do I raise the seat to the highest point for a short guy like me? I see a round lever and looks like a flat extended piece but not sure which or both you need to deal with to raise.

On my previous 44da the round knob pulled out to swivel the seat, and the flat lever raised/lowered the seat
