Just what the title says. How do I get it out? Not a lot...literally just drips.

I had a riser gasket fail and it dripped anti freeze into the manifold. I just started the engine and it came out. If you are talking any more than drops pull the plugs and turn the engine over and it will get blown out the plug holes.
Old drag racing trick to remove carbon from the engine is pour water very slowly (15 to 20 OZ.) into the carburetor when running engine at 1500 RPM.

The shape of the exhaust manifold and angle of the head on the engine eliminates drips from being an issue. The exhaust gas is pushed down from the exhaust port then up in to the exhaust manifold. If it was more than a shot glass....I would pull the manifold. If not .....starting it will solve the problem.
