drain pan hose leak

Newbie here....Noticed oil in bilge area. I checked oil level on dip stick and its good. Checked and found oil on what i'm guessing is oil pan drain hose. Hose just laying with under engine with plug attached to other end. I reached under rear bottom of engine where hose is attached and connector/screw is loose (on pan). Not sure if it's some sort of swivel connector or if its just loose (I hope its loose). Any ideas? wondering if I should pull hose off and attemp to tighten or is it supposed to spin and not tighten. Ran out of time yesterday. Thanks in advance...

It's a swivel, and hope it's not a rust hole in your pan

That's what I was worried about... I'll clean area up and use a mirror and light and check. Thanks Scoflaw...

Cleaned area up and used mirror. Doesn’t seem to be leaking from pan. Spoke to marina mechanic and he stated oil lines by oil filter a known to leak. Placed absorption pads under engine and will monitor/check for wet spots.
