My door has completely come off its rollers, as in, the metal thing that holds them to the door is laying under the helm. I have a quote for $711 for labor travel new rollers but not new tracks. Is this fair? Should I do the tracks too to save any drama later if it adds $200 or so the tracks generally survive fine?

ARGH - just got this email this AM:

"Mr. Voellinger,

My service manager advised me that the flat rate for the track replacement is 7 hours. The reason is that your model will have to have the windshield removed and caulked after installation. If you would still like to proceed with the track install can we bring it to the shop for repair?"

Yeah it is a full day job I did mine with help, not easy! Had to slide the helm station back and remove the starboard side windshield. total cost $700/800. I replaced everything, don't want to do that again!!
