Dometic Soft Start options

I have a Dometic ECD16/2-117-410 Retrofit kit and when I run both my a/c's (16btu and a 9btu) while on generator power (Westerbeke 5.0) I end up blowing a capacitor. I would like to add a soft start to the 16btu but can not find anything that clearly states that it works for my system. Does anyone out here know what I should get and where to get it? Thanks.

I put 2 of these on last month, and am extremely pleased with the cost, and performance.
The 16K appears to be out of stock at the moment.
