Does dry weight include arch or no?

2011 260da advertised dry weight is 6900 pound's. Do you think that the arch is included in that weight and a non arch is lighter? Or would you think 6900 pound's is bare bones and higher if you have the arch?

It's standard equipement only. If the arch was an option for that year, then no, it's not included. Probably doesn't weigh more than 200lbs, though.
