Does anyone know where the dockside pressure water fitting that is mounted on the starboard side of the cockpit, ties into the water system? I want to remove it, dont use it. I want to install a transom shower unit in its location. This is on a 1988 sundancer 300. Thanx in advance. Dave

It T's in on the pressure side of the pump. If you follow the lines out of the pump, you should be able to trace it pretty easily. Or, if you have it, take a look in your manual - it might show the water system (Maybe not... going back to '88, I'm not sure).

Does your boat not already have a fresh water wash down? I just mention that because you can simply attach a hose/sprayer to that.

88dancer300, my '89 has a washdown fitting located inside the door on the starboard side of the cockpit below where the pressure water fitting is. You should be able to have both the shorewater and shower. The washdown could be replaced with the shower or you could keep both.
