Dock and Dine on the Rappahanock or piankatank rivers

Anybody have suggestions on places to dock and dine on the Rappahanock and/or piankatank rivers close to the Bay? Been to the tides inn. Thanks.

I stayed at Windmill Point Marina once and I think they served food... Looked like a bit of a party atmosphere...not sure. But, I do know it's very close to the bay.
