Do they make a 30amp to 15 amp ext cord

I want to install battery charger. Boats slipped in the water and I don’t currently have the shore power hookup on my boat.
I plan to use a regular ext cord for the battery charger but at the dock it’s 30amp. Do they make a 30amp male to 15 amp female? I know they have adapters but I worry about the rain getting in them.

If you are adding a 120 v battery charger, you should really think through the bonding/grounding, esd protection, and galvanic isolation issues.

Amazon , search marine pigtail extension cord, yes, they are called pigtails.
