Hi There,

I just picked up a 2003 SR 182, and just have a quick question. Is there any way to leave the key on (so that I can listen to the radio), without having a buzzer sound? I saw some people mention to turn the key to the left, but my key doesn't turn left.

Thanks!
Sean

Get a 3 position switch and move the acc. over to the acc. side of the new switch. Simple

Why not just connect the radio power wire directly to the battery with an in-line fuse and by-pass the ignition switch?

This, and your hour meter may be clicking off time when the key is on.

Thanks, thought there might have been something I was missing about operating it. Wiring direct to battery would be an option, but perhaps an ignition switch with an accessory stop might be more foolproof to ensure that its not accidentally left on. I'm going to be swapping the radio eventually, so will save the project for then.
