Hope someone here can help me out. I have googled and searched everywhere to find out what kind of material my dinghy is made out of so I get the right glue and not ruin the dinghy when I mount my davit cleats to the dinghy. My dinghy is a 2000 zodiac zoom 310s. Anyone know a website for the replacment parts etc for this Dinghy??? thanks for any help

You're in St. Joe. Go to Wolf's in Benton Harbor. The dive shop sells Zodiac dinks. You can get parts and the glue there.

That exact dinghy may have come in PVC and Hypalon. Make sure you have a model number, or serial number, or some other ID info (probably right off dinghy) - hull number?

Another way to test is use a small amount of acetone in a non conspicous area and dab it on. If it becomes sticky to the touch it is PVC. But use that as a last resort only.

Glue, Weaver adhesive 3001 (2 part PVC glue) Weaver Industries 1-800 -367-4062,Just bought some and used it. It needs to be applied in air condition and stay there for one week Just finished mine this week ,after i appplied it out side and took it in to the florida room for a week, watched T V around it, stuff worked great....Rip
