Difference between a 1997 240 Sundancer and 250 Sundancer?

Looking at specs, a 250 was about $60k new and a 240 was $40k. Now they are only about $2k-$4k difference. Why has the 250 dropped in price a lot more than the 240?

Also what is the main difference. I know the 250 is about 1,000lbs heavier. What gives it the extra 1,000lbs? They only thing I can guess is that the 250 has a more advanced toliet with a holding tank.

Is the 240 have good reviews? I will be trailering and going out 80% alone so I want something I can load and unload solo. I use to do that with my 89 Liberator.
