Just wondering if sea ray installed the fuel pick up above the 1/4 tank level as a safety feature so it cant empty the tank while running.Its a 8.0 Deisel genny.Waiting for sea ray tech to answer but dont want to wait.Glen

I found something that leads me to belive these ar perkins 103-10 engines.

Look at your tanks and see who the maker is. If it is (most likely is) Florida Marine Tanks, then get the model and serial number off the stamp or label and call them. They have precise drawings for their tanks and can easily tell you where the pick up terminates. The pick up location isn't dependent on the generator make/model, but is tanks and boat specific.
