hot on this boat but need some info
supposedly a 1990 370

SERF2034H990

but SR archives don't show a 370 production for 1990.
wondering if it's a 350 someone restickered :huh:
and the dealer rep is a "go fast boat" guy and says he isn't well versed
enough in cruisers to really answer my questions. :smt100

Its a 350, but also a 370 if it were a few years newer.

Certification August of '89 for a year '90 model

SERF is a Merritt Island, Florida boat, H is month (Aug) of build, 90 is year of build. Pretty sure that's going to be classified as a 350DA but could be wrong.

SERF2304H990 ....SERF (Sea Ray plant in Merritt Island, was the original FL plant so it got the F....2304, running corporate number that tallys our total production. 2304 could be a 350DA and 2305 a 180BR...just running number, no big deal....H is the month this boat was built with A being Jan. H is August. 990...first 9 is for the actual year the boat was built because boating is just like the auto industry where we begin building the next years models on June 1st. the second two numbers 90 is the year model designator for the boat.....alrighty, you ready, this is a 1990 model year boat that was built in August of 1989. If you wish I will look it up tomorrow and give you what for.....like Doc said, it seems to be a 350DA which we did build in 90. Dude got him some 370 decals and decided to pay for two more feet at the slip ( compensating for something?????)
