Deck refrigerator on my 2006 sea ray 29 sun sport

I recently purchase a 2006 sea ray sunsport and noticed that the deck refrigerator only will run when I’m on battery power the cabin refrigerator will switch back and forth ( shore or battery) my question is, is this common on this model or I’m I doing something wrong ? Can I leave battery power on when I’m not on the boat ? It takes to long to get cold if I just turn it on when going out for the day.

What brand refrigerator? Is there power to the 110vac outlet (tripped GFCI)? If it's a Norcold, it could be a bad A/C converter board.

Also make sure you have both of your fridge breakers on. You'll have one on the 12V side as well as another on the 110V side.

I never turn my fridges off once the season starts....

on my '05 300 the cockpit fridge is 12v only
