UPDATE
Cleaned the bilge the other day and must have knocked this harness plug to the engine loose. It is round with green tape on it and a hose clamp. Plugged it back in and showing volts and it fired! DUH! Always look for the obvious.
Still hope the batteries survived the killing. They're Deka so hope they pull through.
