DC Fuse panel

Hi everyone,
I have a big problem with my SeaRay. The horn, the pumps etc are not working because the fuse panel (P/N 1718631) has got a problem. Specificly the IC ATMEL 89C2051(it lost the program). This fuse panel is in the closet under the steering. Can you give me some advices?

I'm having the same problem. I thought it was the control switch panel but replacing that didn't fix the problem. I now noticed that a section of the fuse panel board is burnt. I also found a burnt fuse below the main fuse panel but replacing that fuse didn't help either. How did you determine that your's lost a program.
