davit for lifting disabled

My wife recently had a stroke and has very limited use of her left leg and arm which makes steeping onto he boat from a dock and climbing ladders impossible. I have an '08 240 Sundeck and want to mount a davit to lift her on and off the boat as well as into and out of the water. Has anyone seen such a thing?
