Hi guys…yea it's been a loooooong time since Ive been here. Started a new company last year, and have taken the boat out sporadically!
ANyway, so we have been out a few times this year. The last 2 trips on the lake, the beeping begins right after start up (beep beep every 2 seconds) and continues until you get up on plane and drive it. Once we stop and idle down or cruise slow again, the beeping starts up again.
All gauges look fine, plenty of oil, all fluids are fine. We do have an issue with the radio that seems to be shorting somewhere I think, as it is fuzzy, almost sounds like speakers are blown. Not sure if this has anything to do, since it seems the buzzing is related directly to engine speed.
The manual is lackluster at best, and all looks fine according to the chart in there for why it would beep.
Someone said it could be the alternator or electrical system warning?
At a loss…and dont want to bring to dealer if avoidable.
