Cylinder heads

I have a 350 260 hp with 462624 heads. If i were to put a set of 14014416 heads on it, what would be the perfomance outcome? I know that the 416 has a smaller cc, and smaller valves, and would give me more compression, but what would be the difference in over all performance be?

Strangle the engine's breathing and performance would be worse, IMHO. But the increased compression might be good for requiring higher octane fuel, if the compression ration increases sufficiently. Seems like a loser on both accounts.
