I recently had the exhaust manifolds removed and would like to prime and then paint the exposed metal before having new manifolds reinstalled.
Can anyone reccomend a good primer that will adhere to the rust I may not be able to remove AND also withstand the higher temperatures of the head?
I need to get a handle on the rust. The previous owner DID NOT appear to make any effort.
