I have a 2003 sea ray 260. Does anyone know of a tutorial to remove and reinstall the cushions.

I reupholstered mine when I had it. Depending on the part that needs to come off you will need to some some light to heavy disassembly.

Simplest is the rear seat base. Just remove from the hinge at the transom.
The rear facing seat base is attached to the slide track. Not too bad if your track slides out.

Now a little more tricking is the rear bolster/seat back is removed from inside the transom storage and by removing a vent over on the port.

Stepping up in complexity is the front lounge bolster/seat back. To remove this you will need to remove the speaker to get rear access as well as the head board going into the mid-cabin. This is tight fit an requires some adjacent panels to come off.

Getting progressively worse is the center seat back/hump. Most will be accessible from the speaker hole access and the the engine compartment. The port side bolt is the worst. It is located in a cavity accessible from the engine compartment looking up. The only problem is you will have your water heater and pump were you need to get to. Choice are to remove these, locate the bolt and cut an access panel or add a speaker to the rear or twist and bend to get into the position to access the bolts along with a couple of extenstions.

Then there is the little vinyl panel below the "L" cushion - leave that if at all possible - removal requires disassembly of most of the mid cabin to access the screws - which may or may not be accessible (you still may have to cut them and reattach with screws in different places.

Trust me its a big job to get it all out. This is as best as I remember off the top of my head. Feel free to ask me questions.

Here is how I did mine over - which was a whole other project ;)
