Cummins qsb 5.9 running temps

Hi - I have a 2007 360 Sedan Bridge with Cummins diesels w about 700 hours. Just curious - should the running temps be nearly the same for both engines while the boat is underway or can they vary? Engine temps are pretty close at around 183 vs. 179 but oil coolers can be as different as 143 vs. 123. Don't know if these differences are normal or if I have some cooling issues. Thanks for any advice on this.

you might post this on https://www.sbmar.com/ Tony is pretty knowledgeable around Cummins in marine applications. boatdiesel.com is also a great resource. I would think a couple of degrees difference is not a huge deal, the 20 degree diff in the oil coolers would have me a bit spooked.
