Low 650 but 625 is ok if they run smooth
High 2920 - 3020 but I've not seen a healthy one turn less than 2950 on the high side

The engine plates on my motors state 600 RPM as idle and 2600 as max. If boat is propped correctly, it should hit 2650 to 2700.

You can max out the rpm’s at ~3k in neutral after a full run and the engines are warm.
