on this stupid office computer why do my pages not update? I have sort of looked into the tools/ internet options/ advanced setup, but obviously I'm not finding the right thing. Suggestions welcome... tia

What OS and browser? Also, does you office use a proxy server? Maybe the proxy server is caching and won't refresh until after some time expires.

Mine does the same at home. I just have to hit refresh alot.

in IE, tools -> Internet options -> settings button -> Every time Internet Explorer starts
click the delete files button -> to clean up cache.
if that doesn't work, install firefox... I've never had an issue with it and CSR.
