how about some hints, I cant get the photo feature to work

You need to switch your pictures to a file on your computer and go to Photobucket.com and transfer them. Then, you transfer the code(something like this, i280.photobucket.com/albums/whateverelse it says and at the end you put.jpg and hit OK) when you go back to CSR.com. It took me a couple hours to work out the details but it's easy when you get it figured out. Just try and have patients.
