If you are referring to the fold-down side, then Sea Ray copied Galeon.
Probably not patentable, except maybe some very specific details that are easily designed around. As mentioned above big yachts have been doing this for a while. So whether it’s already been known for a long time or it’s an obvious thing to do, either or both would make it unpatentabile. What surprises me is it took this long for others to follow Galeon’s lead given their success.
That's a good looking boat - Cruisers makes some nice units...
